Perfect Post-Summer Desserts

Wait. They're just plums. Only they are not. So again a recent found recipe was this. Simple as it gets, delicious, helthy and I don't know what else to say. They're just amazing, ok! Now all you need to do for this recipe is;

Get some plums. Probably 1 kg or so.

Split them in halves but not completely so you have two sides actually attached together. Put around 1/2-1 teaspoon of brown sugar (I don't like sweets much so I used less than 1 tsp. and my spoon was little) to each half of the plum. Put 3-4 tablespoons of water over the plums (to caramelise!) and bake them in the oven for 30 min. or so at 175C. Take them out when they start to shrink and look like the second one.
Sprinkle cinnamon on both sides and close the plums. Oh, and don't forget the plum sauce it's amazing. Serve it with vanilla ice-cream for sour-sweet flavour.
